AI Prompt Associate – Remote (PH-Based Preferred)

Countive Digital is hiring creative builders who can leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, RunwayML, CapCut, Eleven Labs, etc.) to create content, automate tasks, and support our growing portfolio of digital brands—spanning BPO, KPO, education, and AI-driven media.

This role is ideal for self-taught creatives, students, or digital generalists looking to turn prompt engineering into paid project work and future employment.

We don’t care about degrees.

We care that you can build useful, beautiful, or repeatable outputs using AI.

What You’ll Do

Generate content (text, image, or video) using AI tools
Build and refine prompts for speed and quality
Support systemized outputs for internal use and client delivery
Contribute to automation or templating where possible (e.g., Zapier, Make.com)

This is not a content farm role. We train and scale people who take pride in what they build.

If you’re selected, you’ll join a vetting pool of prompt engineers and may be offered paid trials, project-based work, or long-term creative roles based on delivery. We want 3-4 people we can work with part time who are interested in moving to full time or 30+ hours if we find.
