Automation & IT Intern (Countive Digital)

This is not a “shadow and watch” internship. You’ll be given real-world problems, tools you may never have touched before, and the freedom to research, test, and build solutions.

At Countive Digital, we design and implement cutting-edge workflows, AI agents, analytics dashboards, and IT improvements for both internal projects and client systems. This is your chance to learn the exact tools and thinking methods that will make you job-ready before you graduate.

Confidentiality, intellectual property respect, and ethical conduct are non-negotiable. You will be trusted with valuable internal knowledge — and expected to handle it professionally from day one.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this OJT, you will have:

Mapped and improved real business processes
Built live automation workflows using industry-grade platforms
Documented processes into Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Learned how to troubleshoot and test technical solutions independently
Understood privacy, cybersecurity, and IP compliance at a professional level

Minimum Requirements

We are seeking exceptional OJTs who have:

Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to learn new tools without step-by-step guidance
Experience in at least one of: programming, automation platforms, analytics, or IT systems
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
A reliable home setup: personal computer/laptop, stable internet, working webcam & microphone, dedicated workspace
Ability to share screen at any time and work transparently

Day-to-Day Activities

Researching, testing, and building automation workflows
Designing and configuring AI agent tasks
Creating data dashboards and automated reports
Writing SOPs for the processes you develop
Participating in weekly ethics, IP, and cybersecurity briefings

All OJTs must sign a Confidentiality & Intellectual Property Agreement. All work created remains the property of Countive Digital.

Future Opportunities

While this OJT does not guarantee employment, exceptional performers may be offered paid part-time or full-time roles — either with Countive Digital or our partner clients — after the program.
