About the Role

Countive Digital is building a portfolio of digital brands in BPO, AI, and automation. We’re looking for OJTs who want to go beyond school requirements and gain real experience in AI and digital operations.

As an OJT AI Prompt Associate, you will:

Experiment with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, RunwayML, ElevenLabs, CapCut, Zapier/Make).
Create and refine prompts to improve quality, accuracy, and speed of outputs.
Support internal projects (automation, content testing, tool research).
Document your findings and self-assess your work daily/weekly.

This is not a content farm role. It’s a training-ground for OJTs who want to learn how AI is applied in real startups. Outstanding OJTs may be considered for employment after completion.

Requirements

Strong interest in AI and automation tools.
Dedicated work-from-home setup (stable device + internet).
Independence, initiative, and commitment to meeting hours.
Willingness to document progress and self-assess.
